Goals
1. Every member spending time building an intimate relationship with Jesus Christ
2. Each one, reach one
· daily- iShare lifestyle · weekly – guests follow up
monthly – Go Night · yearly – Churchwide outreach events
3. Baptism goal = 28 baptisms (20:1)
4. Double regular attendance in worship services
5. 200 regular attendance in Sunday School
6. Train 20 disciple making mentors - through staff, discipleship director, deacons, S.S. teachers, youth leadership team, S.S. classes
7. Each S.S. class have at least 2 trained disciple making mentors
8. Every member be actively involved in at least one ministry
9. Be involved in the 4 mission fields of the Acts 1:8 strategy

10. Increase overall giving of God’s money for God’s work
· general fund – all members being obedient with God’s money by giving to the local church
· building fund – an intentional effort by the FBC members to give sacrificially above their regular giving for the general fund. The target will be in preparation to buy all adjoining property located around our facility.
11. The completion of drawings for future FBC facilities at existing location
12. Increase the corporate prayer life of the church family
13. Continue to cultivate a blended style worship service
14. By developing a mindset to do a multi-site worship service and for a church planting movement once we reach 500-600 people or as God leads

FAMILY STATEMENT: We desire to be passionate worshippers of God and to lead all the people within our reach to become fully committed followers of Jesus Christ.
Commitments
1. Practice spending time daily seeking & surrendering to Jesus Christ.
2. Participate in reaching the unsaved and unchurched through intercession, investing in relationships, and inviting people to Christ and to worship services.
3. Participate in worship services by giving your God given time, money, and talents.
4. Participate in the ministry and mission of Sunday School.
5. Participate being on mission with God through praying, giving, and going.
6. Protect the testimony of the church through your lifestyle and through your lips.
7. Personally be in first love with Jesus Christ and be quick to repent otherwise.
